Having worked their way through high school and college, with jobs in the foodservice industry from bus boys to managers, Brothers Gary and Gordie Kosch opened their first restaurant in 1981. Kosch joined the foodservice management industry a short four years later and is now serving thousands of guests each day of the year in Michigan and Ohio. Throughout the years Kosch has progressed, serving several different industry segments, taking pride on giving each customer convenient and valued services. Although the services provided are different, the goal of each one is the same; to provide a solution for you that best fits your foodservice management needs.
